Changes due to Covid-19
In order to ensure the safety of our performers and guests of our events and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following policies to our "In-Person Visits"

If anyone is experiencing a fever or any kind of COVID-19 related symptom (headache, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, congestion/runny nose, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, or muscle/body aches), the visit must be rescheduled.

If anyone has come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, the visit must be rescheduled.

All "in person" packages may accommodate up to 12 children.

During photo opportunities, guests will be required to sanitize their hands before their portrait.
*If any of the above guidelines are not adhered to, our performers reserve the right to dismiss themselves from the event. A refund will not be issued.

*If a visit must be rescheduled due to COVID-19, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date pending our character availability.
